The nursing staff are friendly and nice and so helpful. Dr. Sabouri is a very nice and professional lady. I've been with her and her staff for 10 years and I will never leave.

When I arrived at the ER in West Branch I was seen in a matter of minutes. The nurses and the dr there were very nice and explained what they were going to be doing for me. They are always very helpful and very supportive in my care. I would like to say thank you 🙏🏻 …

I was sent to your hospital and was treated the best that anyone could expect. The nurses and there aids helped me threw everything from start to finish. Explaining all things happening while telling me all I asked. You're NURSES never let me down.

I was seen here for an accident that crushed several fingers and required X-rays and stitches. I was astounded at how well the ER team functioned and how effective and efficient they were. I was treated very well and they genuinely cared about me and the treatment they provided. Dr Johnson was amazing and she had a wonderful bedside manner. I would absolutely come here again to be seen. A huge “Thank you” to the staff for making the unfortunate visit so easy and pleasant.

Went to the ER and wait time was not bad at all. Weird thing though… Dr P came in and talked to me a few minutes and asked some questions, she left, and then another Dr came in talked to me, asked questions, sent me for an X-ray, came back and said everything looked fine. (I wonder what happened to Doctor P… no explanation 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️). I was treated very well by all staff though. Today I went to the Lab for bloodwork. Friendly, efficient, easy and quick. 👏🏻

The staff has been EXTREMELY GREAT! Everyone has been very accommodating and has explained things every step of the way with my mother's care. Anything we have needed has been provided. The nursing staff is so friendly and kind during this stay; which is so appreciated !! Nurse Doug , Becky, Dawn and the nursing student Chantel are supreme!! The night shift Mikayla really made an impression on my mom with her kindness and so did Nurse Chrissy!! The 5th floor team is just that: a team; who really understand patient care. Thank you all soo much ❤️

My recent trip to the McLaren ER West Branch turned my day around when they were able to get me in and stitched up right away. The "urgent" care in town was making appointments two hours out, (it was about noon). The alternative ER campus was predicting up to a four hour wait time. McLaren was steadily busy, but the staff, (the desk clerk, nurses: Ali, Fred, Tom & Dr. Ari Gotlib) maneuvered in a precision team manner to secure the needs of me and all the ER patients to provide masterful care and attention. A special thank you for making my experience less stressful and sending me on my way after a skillful repair and confidence of recovery.

My condition was very well explained to me. Food was very good. I was attended to very well and quickly. Doctors explained things to me as well as the staff. I was treated very well and hopefully I will continue to heal and get better with my follow up appointments.

The birth of my daughter with the help of the staff at this hospital will forever be a cherished memory of mine. The nurses, midwives, and doctors have all been beyond kind, compassionate, and caring. It’s our first baby and they never once made us feel silly or crazy for all of our millions of questions, or showing us how to do things multiple times. Their patience and kindness have made this process so much more manageable and enjoyable for us and we are forever grateful for each and every one of them.
